Peter Harlow

Peter Harlow is an aerial abstract photographer, beginning his practice less than three years ago. He has already won a number of awards - most recently a second place in the 2024 Nature Conservancy Australia Oceania Photo Contest for his image ‘Island universe’.

From a viewpoint of less than 50 metres above the surface, nature paints its own abstract images, unique and perfect. These images are constantly changing with the wind, rain and seasons. In this sense, his photographs represent transformation and fragility.
By presenting a different view of the landscape, his intention is to cause you to pause, consider and reflect on the changing and impermanent beauty of nature.
